Remodel and Addition:  The addition encompassed taking over all wrap around Terraces and Balconies to convert and combine into interior space.  Reconfiguration of the Master Bedroom, Hallways, and Staircase leading down to lower level bedroom was required after enclosing outdoor spaces.  Major structural work was completed to move exteriors walls to the outside of balconies to include into living space.  The remodel consisted of three other bathrooms and a living room. 

 

Key details:  Highly custom detail and fabrication of 4 large Calacatta White Marble slabs, which were used throughout the Master Bathroom floors, Showers, Tub Surround and Marble baseboards. Also, highly detailed wainscoting and custom wood working design to Master Bedroom wood wall backdrop and wood detailing in sloped and coffered detail.   Custom Walk In Master Closet with marble floors.  All windows and doors were replaced with Pella material.
